#34 - Walk With Me
Sunday Feb 26, 2023
Sunday Feb 26, 2023
Sometimes our journey feels like we are always walking and never arriving. Hearing the open and honest stories of others is a gift. Jo Jo shares her forecast for the upcoming year in hopes of inspiring you to connect with your own desires and track your personal journey.
You don’t have to journey alone and there is always someone rooting for you and benefiting from your wins, but you have to share them. In this episode, Jo Jo acknowledges her own wins, while also recalling the amazing wins of those she is surrounded by.
It is going to be a year of progress, no matter how large or how small. You are here, you matter, you count and your experiences provide motivation to others, so be sure to share them constantly and confidently.

#33 - Christmas All Year
Tuesday Feb 21, 2023
Tuesday Feb 21, 2023
It is so important to live in the "now" with loved ones and your community. In this episode Jo Jo talks about how she and her family have worked together to center themselves, so that life feels like the holidays more often. Setting the intention to live and love is so important.
The most important goal of the year is spreading the love and community support that is shown around the Christmas season all year round. One idea is “Christmas in June” where the world could ramp up the joy, love and giving in the middle of the year, and not wait a full 12 months. People are always in need.
With these priorities, there are so many successes, large and small. Jo Jo invites you to share your successes via email info@jojosdance.com, Instagram @jojos.dance or connect on her personal Facebook Page: Callie Rich Neal or @jojosdancestudio

#32 - What Grief Allows
Sunday Dec 11, 2022
Sunday Dec 11, 2022
In this episode, Jo Jo opens up about the grief she has experienced this year to try to comfort others as they walk through grief. Jo Jo expresses how grief has changed her through a reflection of how freeing it is when you allow yourself to embrace your feelings. This episode also takes time to honor lost loved ones and invites you to share stories of those you love and have lost. Grief is a process that doesn’t end, but changes and needs to be acknowledged.
If you are struggling with grief, please seek the help you need through talking to loved ones or seeking therapy. We are never quite prepared for loss, but there is help available to work through it.
Please share a story of someone you would like to honor at info@jojosdance.com.

#31 - Making Space, Featuring Camilo Calderon
Friday Oct 21, 2022
Friday Oct 21, 2022
The pay off of being adventurous. My experience in Colombia was not just an attempt at passing my resume, but to grow artistically and culturally.
I have always had a love for Spanish speakers and the Spanish language, so it was only fitting that I took my sense of exploration down to South America for three months.
This week will conclude an interview with one of my now dearest friends, Camilo Calderon. What a wonderful time of questions and answers about our cultures, thoughts and education.
I will be forever grateful for Camilo’s enthusiastic willingness to help me set up people to interview so that I could compile what I learned and saw into a documentary about dance in the community.
What I heard most through these interviews was about the space people create to make room for dance in their lives, which actually makes room for stress relief and community connections!
I know you will enjoy this interview as much as I did!
