#25 - Say Yes to Yourself (Cont.), Featuring Monica Bishop: Part 2

In Episode #25 Monica D. Bishop is back, sharing how saying "yes" has opened up doors in her life. Monica is multi-talented and uses yoga to incorporate calm into her busy life. Monica has several successful businesses including a digital marketing agency, product business and a coaching business. Not only is Monica a yogi in practice, she is also an instructor in Chattanooga, TN and online.

 

Monica is constantly challenging herself and those around her, but does not throw out a challenge without offering support. As she continues to pursue opportunities that fulfill her own life, so much of her peace comes from reaching out to others and leading them in how they too can walk through the doors of opportunity that are placed in front of them.
