#41 - Dealing with Disappointment

In this episode, Jo Jo shares about how she deals with disappointment and what she learned about herself from a week of repeated disappointments. Disappointment is temporary, and sometimes you are the one doing the disappointing. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. You can reposition your time and your perspective on situations, so that you can show up for yourself and for those who matter most around you. 

 

Disappointment is not the end, just an opportunity to reflect. It is a part of reality that we have to have a plan for and be aware of what disappointment is telling us about ourselves, our goals, and the people we interact with. Be sure to share how you reflected on a disappointing moment and readjusted or turned it into a win.
